Olumide leads Fortive in its new chapter of accelerating profitable growth and value creation. Along with the leadership team and 10,000 colleagues, he is devoted to our shared purpose of innovating essential technologies to keep our world safe and productive, drawing on more than 30 years of leadership and operational experience spanning several industries.

Prior to his current role, Olumide served as President & CEO, Intelligent Operating Solutions (IOS) and Advanced Healthcare Solutions (AHS) Segments of Fortive. He is deeply committed to purpose-driven leadership and nurturing a growth mindset throughout the company. Before joining Fortive, Olumide served as Managing Director at CoreLogic and Partner at McKinsey & Company.

Olumide holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a JD from Loyola Law School. He serves on the board of Washington Roundtable, working to support economic vitality through public policy. He lives in Seattle, Washington, with his wife and their four children.

Mark leads Fortive’s finance function including accounting, corporate strategy and development, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, tax, and treasury.

Prior to joining Fortive, Mark most recently served as an external advisor at Bain & Company, a leading management consulting firm, and at Advent International, a leading global private equity investment firm. Prior to his time with Bain and Advent, he spent 3 years as President and COO of Convoy, Inc. Before that, Mark spent over 13 years at Expedia Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPE) including as VP then SVP Corporate Development from 2006 to 2011, CFO from 2011 through 2017, CFO and EVP of Operations from 2014 through 2017, and CEO from 2017 through 2019. Earlier in his career, Mark practiced corporate law at Freshfields in London and at Fasken in Canada. He also worked as a Case Team Leader with Bain & Company in Boston and San Francisco and as an Associate at UBS Investment Bank in London.

Mark served as a member of the Board of Directors of Expedia from 2017 to 2019 and of Trivago (NASDAQ: TRVG), a global hotel and accommodation search platform, from 2016 to 2019 serving as its Chairman from 2017 onwards. 

Mark is a member of the Board of Trustees of Seattle Children’s Hospital, where he has been involved since 2021 and currently serves as Chairman of the Finance and Asset Management Committee and as Treasurer.

Stacey leads Fortive’s people strategy, designed to accelerate the company’s global business aspirations and shared purpose. Her focus on creating a strong and inclusive growth culture inspires us to create great employee experiences that attract and retain the world’s best people empowered to do their best work.  Our talented team focused on innovation, a deep belief in better (the heart of the Fortive Business System) and delivering for our customers is work Stacey is deeply passionate about.

Before becoming Fortive’s founding HR leader in 2016, Stacey spent 10 years at Danaher in several roles with increasing scope and complexity. She supported several operating companies within the industrial technologies and environmental segments of Danaher before being tapped to lead global talent management. Prior to this, she previously held HR leadership roles at Honeywell.

Stacey holds a BA in history and political science from the University of Windsor, Ontario Canada.

Peter leads Fortive’s global legal organization, including integrity and compliance, governance, litigation, labor and employment, M&A, and intellectual property, and oversees environment, health, and safety (EHS) and sustainability. He also serves as co-executive sponsor of the Allies Across Fortive employee and friends resource group

Before joining Fortive in 2016, Peter served as VP, general counsel, and secretary at Regal Beloit. He was responsible for all legal activities and closed M&A transactions to help grow the company from $1.8B to nearly $4B. He was previously a partner at Foley & Lardner, specializing in M&A, securities, compliance, and corporate governance.

Peter holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in international relations and Soviet studies from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He lives in Duvall, Washington, with his wife and daughter. He is currently learning to fly an airplane.

Victor leads the Fortive Business System and IT organizations, with a focus on strengthening the company’s innovation capabilities and competitive edge through forward-looking digital platforms and technologies. 

Before joining Fortive in 2020, Victor served as chief digital officer at Vertiv, a private-equity backed critical infrastructure provider. He previously served as CIO at LPL Financial, and Dell’s online division.

Victor holds a BS in computer information systems and business administration from Spring Hill College. He is on the Oracle CIO advisory board and the Tricentis growth advisory board. He has served as a director of the Private Trust Corporation and on the board for three non-profit organizations. As an angel investor, Victor loves working with and learning from entrepreneurs.

Chris leads Fortive’s accounting and reporting functions with responsibility for global financial planning and analysis, accounting policies and procedures, external and SEC reporting, and management and performance reporting. He has deep experience with the Fortive Business System and a long history of driving continuous improvement throughout the company.

Before becoming chief accounting officer in 2019, Chris served as CFO of Sensing Technologies at Fortive. He previously held financial leadership roles of increasing responsibility with Danaher, 3M, and PwC.

Chris holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a BS in accounting from Central Connecticut State University, and is a certified public accountant. He recently moved to the Seattle area, where he and his family enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.

Jon is responsible for developing and driving acceleration of Fortive’s strategy and value creation through M&A, as well as overseeing our tax and treasury teams. He has led corporate development for Fortive since its separation from Danaher in 2016 and has been heavily involved in the company’s evolution toward higher growth, more durable business models through acquisitions, divestitures and rigorous application of the Fortive Business System.

Before joining Fortive, Jon worked for 11 years as a senior member of the M&A team at Danaher, where he played a key role in many transactions driving the company’s transformation into a global science and technology leader. He previously worked in investment banking and began his career practicing corporate law.

Jon holds a JD from Columbia University and an MA in international relations and BA in international studies from The Johns Hopkins University. He lives in Edmonds, Washington and spends his free time supporting the adventures and interests of his three teenaged children.

Parker leads Fluke and the Connected Reliability Group, which includes Fluke and Fluke Reliability Systems. With 15 years of experience at Fortive, he has led cross-functional teams globally and embedded the Fortive Business System across all areas of business. Known for his customer-centricity and deep care for teams, Parker previously delivered exceptional growth and profitability as President of Industrial Scientific.

In his prior roles, Parker served as Fortive’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Group President overseeing Industrial Scientific and Intelex, led Anderson-Negele, and held leadership roles at Gilbarco Veeder-Root. His experience spans multiple Fortive operating companies with a consistent focus on operational efficiency and team development.

Parker holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Parker and his family are moving to the Seattle area and are looking forward to exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Arul leads Fortive's Facilities and Asset Lifecycle (FAL) Group, which includes Accruent, Gordian, and ServiceChannel. As a seasoned business builder and technologist with over 25 years of experience, he drives growth and profitability across businesses that deliver software and SaaS solutions. 

Before joining Fortive, Arul served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at F5, spent 8.5 years as a Partner with McKinsey and Company advising clients in the high-tech industry, and a decade at Microsoft leading Product Management teams in Microsoft Office and SQL Server. 

Arul holds a Bachelor's in Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, a Master's in Computer Science from Kansas State University, and an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. Arul is based in Everett, Washington with his wife and son. In his personal time, he enjoys golfing and woodworking.
 

Walter leads Fortive's Environmental, Health & Safety Group, which includes Industrial Scientific and Intelex. With more than 14 years of service with Fortive, he has held VP/GM roles at Fluke, Fluke Networks, and Portescap, and most recently served as President of Fluke Health Solutions, where he drove customer centricity, innovation, and growth by simplifying the business and embedding the Fortive Business System.

Before his EHS Group role, Walter served as SVP of Product at Fluke, leading the combined marketing and product organization. In this role, he drove the implementation of Lean Portfolio Management and Growth Accelerator to increase Fluke's focus on renewable energy.

Walter holds both a BA in economics and an MBA from the University of Virginia. He and his family are based in the Seattle area. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching and watching his two sons on the baseball diamond and soccer field.
 

Ankush leads Fortive's Healthcare Productivity and Quality Group, which includes Provation and Fluke Health Solutions, in addition to his role as President of Provation. With 15 years of leadership impact at Fortive, he has a long record of developing highly effective organizations that deliver sustained growth across Censis, Setra Systems, Dover Motion, and Tektronix.

For the past five years, Ankush has led healthcare-focused businesses at Fortive, helping drive innovation and operational excellence in clinical workflow, surgical asset management, and environment monitoring. Most recently as President of Censis, Ankush established a strong Fortive Business System culture focused on continuous improvement and delivering results. His focus on innovation delivered the implementation of Lean Portfolio Management and the launch of their new AI offering. 

Ankush holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business, an M.Eng. in Engineering Management from the University at Buffalo, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife and two boys. He and his family are based in Boston.
 

Chad serves as President of Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) and leads Fortive's Infection Prevention Group, which includes ASP, Censis, and Pegasys. As a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, he specializes in surgical visualization, OR integration, patient handling, diagnostics, and sterilization, with a proven track record of driving growth and fostering disruptive innovation.

Before his current role, Chad served as Chief Commercial Officer for ASP, leading the organization's global commercial team. Prior to joining ASP, he was Divisional Vice President, USA, Commercial at Abbott Core Diagnostics, following nearly two decades at Stryker Corporation, where he led several business units including Global Endoscopy and Acute Care. Throughout his career, Chad has been instrumental in large M&A deals and market-shaping initiatives.

Chad holds a bachelor's degree in communications and business marketing from Miami University and an Advanced Leadership Certificate from Harvard.

Sharmistha “Shar” Dubey has served on Fortive's Board of Directors since 2020 and as Chair of the Board since 2025. Since 2022, Ms. Dubey has served as an operating partner of Advent International LP, a global private equity firm. Ms. Dubey previously served as the CEO of Match Group, a publicly-traded provider of global dating products, from 2020 to 2023, overseeing growth for the portfolio of brands including Tinder, Match, Meetic, OkCupid, Hinge, Pairs, PlentyOfFish, and OurTime. In addition, Ms. Dubey pervious served in various other senior leadership positions at Match Group from 2006 to 2020, including as Match Group’s President, COO of Tinder, President of Match Group Americas, Chief Product Officer of Match, and Chief Product Officer and EVP of The Princeton Review.  

Ms. Dubey is also a member of the board of directors of Match Group, Naspers Limited, and Prosus N.V.  

Ms. Dubey holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in Engineering from Ohio State University.

Ms. Dubey’s qualifications to sit on the Board include extensive experience and leadership in operation, innovative product development, competitive strategy and marketing in the technology industry. She also has significant experience in data privacy, human capital management, scaling new technologies into new markets, and executing portfolio and investment strategies.

Eric Branderiz has served on Fortive’s Board of Directors since 2023. Mr. Branderiz previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Enphase Energy, Inc., a publicly traded semiconductor and renewable energy technology company, from 2018 through 2023. As Enphase’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Branderiz oversaw all finance, legal and corporate development functions. Prior to joining Enphase, Mr. Branderiz served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of Tesla, Inc., an automotive and renewable energy company, from 2016 to 2018 and in various senior roles, including as a Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of SunPower Corporation, from 2010 to 2016.  Prior to joining SunPower, Mr. Branderiz served in various senior roles with Knowledge Learning Corporation, Spansion, Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices. Mr. Branderiz is a Certified Public Accountant in California and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta.

In addition to his deep knowledge and experience with innovation and disruptive technology, hypergrowth, as well as deep experience with the sustainable energy and semiconductor sectors, Mr. Branderiz brings extensive expertise in financial operations, accounting and financial reporting, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, risk management, legal operations, ESG and corporate governance.

Daniel L. Comas has served on Fortive’s Board of Directors since 2021. Mr. Comas currently serves as an advisor to Danaher and is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Danaher Corporation, a global science and technology company, from April 2005 through December 2020, including as CFO through December 2018. Mr. Comas joined Danaher in 1991 and served in various roles over his tenure, with responsibilities ranging from corporate development and treasury to finance and risk management. Mr. Comas currently serves as a director of Veralto Corporation, a water and product quality solutions company. 

Mr. Comas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Georgetown University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.

Mr. Comas brings deep expertise in finance, strategy, corporate development, capital allocation, accounting, human capital management and risk management. Through his extensive leadership experience at Danaher, he brings direct understanding of the principles of the Fortive Business System and our culture of continuous improvement.

Rejji P. Hayes has served on Fortive’s Board of Directors since 2020. Since 2017, Mr. Hayes has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CMS Energy Corporation, a publicly traded electric and natural gas company. As CMS Energy’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hayes oversees all treasury, tax, investor relations, accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal audit services, supply chain, facilities, fleet, corporate safety, and mergers and acquisitions for CMS Energy Corporation. Mr. Hayes also previously served as Chairman of the Board of EnerBank USA®, a former CMS Energy subsidiary and nationwide provider of home improvement loans. Prior to joining CMS Energy Corporation, Mr. Hayes served as the Chief Financial Officer of ITC Holdings Corp, a publicly traded electric transmission company, from 2014 to 2016 and as its Vice President, Finance and Treasurer from 2012 to 2014. Prior to joining ITC Holdings Corp., Mr. Hayes held strategy and financial leadership roles for Exelon Corporation, Lazard Freres & Co., and Banc of America Securities. 

Mr. Hayes holds a bachelor’s degree from Amherst College and a master’s degree in business from Harvard Business School.

In addition to his strong knowledge of the power and energy sector, Mr. Hayes brings extensive experience in finance, capital markets, accounting and financial reporting, valuation, mergers & acquisitions, risk management, ESG and regulatory matters, and corporate governance.

Wright L. Lassiter III has served on Fortive’s Board of Directors since 2022. Mr. Lassiter is currently CEO of CommonSpirit Health, a non-profit, Catholic health system operating over 140 hospitals and over 1,500 care sites across 21 states. 

Prior to joining CommonSpirit Health in 2022, Mr. Lassiter was President and CEO of Henry Ford Health System from 2014. Mr. Lassiter is also the chair of The American Hospital Association (AHA) Board of Trustees, serving as the top-elected official of the AHA Board, a national organization that represents America’s hospitals and health systems to advance health in America. In addition, Mr. Lassiter is a director of Quest Diagnostics, a publicly traded diagnostic information services company. Until March 2023, Mr. Lassiter was a director of DT Midstream, a publicly traded energy company.

Mr. Lassiter has extensive executive experience in leading-edge health services as well as executive management experience in innovation, strategic planning and execution, governance, finance, and community service.

Kate D. Mitchell has served on Fortive's Board of Directors since 2016. Since 1997, Ms. Mitchell has served as a partner and co-founder of Scale Venture Partners, a Silicon Valley-based firm that invests in early-stage technology companies. Prior to her current role, she served with Bank of America from 1988 to 1996 as Senior Vice President for Bank of America Online Banking. 

Ms. Mitchell currently serves as a director of SVB Financial Group, as Chairman and Founder of Venture Forward, a non-profit affiliate of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA) where she also served as Chair and board member from 2007 to 2016, and on the board and investment committee of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. Ms. Mitchell holds a BA from Stanford University, an MBA from the Evening Program Golden Gate University, and has attended Executive programs at Harvard Business School (strategic marketing) and MIT CSAIL/Sloan (Artificial Intelligence). 
 

Ms. Mitchell has over 35 years of extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on innovative software and technology markets. In addition, she has deep experience as a director, investor, and senior executive in the areas of business management and operations, finance, financial reporting, risk management, investment and acquisition strategy, and executive compensation.

Dr. Moore is an engineer and physician, board certified in Diagnostic Radiology, Neuroradiology and Clinical Informatics. He most recently served as the Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Health & Life Sciences at Microsoft from 2019 to 2023. Prior to Microsoft, Dr. Moore served as the Vice President and Founder of Google Cloud Healthcare &Life Sciences at Google from 2016 to 2019. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Gates Ventures and as an Associate Fellow at Stanford University’s Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging. Dr. Moore holds a PhD in Radiological Sciences from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Moore also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at DaVita Inc.

Jeannine P. Sargent has served on Fortive’s Board of Directors since 2019. Ms. Sargent has also served as a senior advisor at Generation Investment Management, LLP since 2017, a venture partner and senior advisor at Breakthrough Energy Ventures since 2018, and a senior advisor and operating partner of Katalyst Ventures since 2018, each an investment venture focused on sustainable innovation. Previously, Ms. Sargent served as president of Innovation and NewVentures at Flex, a leader in global design and manufacturing, from 2012 until 2017. Prior to joining Flex, Ms. Sargent served as the CEO at Oerlikon Solar, a thin-film silicon solar photo voltaic module manufacturer and a wholly owned subsidiary of Oerlikon, a publicly-traded Swiss company, and Voyan Technology, an embedded systems software provider. Ms. Sargent is also a director of Synopsys, Inc., an electronic design automation company, and previously served as a director of Cypress Semiconductor Corp., Proterra, Inc., and Queens' Gambit Growth Capital. 

Ms. Sargent currently serves on several investment and advisory boards and is on the board of trustees at Northeastern University. She holds a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from Northeastern University and certificates from the executive development programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management, Harvard University and Stanford University and CERT certificate of cyber risk oversight from National Association of Corporate Directors in conjunction with Carnegie Mellon University.

Ms. Sargent has over 30 years of experience encompassing leadership, operations, marketing and engineering roles with a diverse mix of high technology hardware and software companies across multiple industries. In addition, Ms. Sargent has significant experience with development and global launch of disruptive technology, executing investment and acquisition strategies, corporate governance, cybersecurity, sustainable innovation and executive compensation.
